1. 記敘文定義及種類

記敘文是以記人、敘事、寫景、狀物為主要內容，以記敘、描寫為主要表達方式的一種文體，通常分為以人物為主、以事件為主、以寫景狀物為主的三類。

2. 記敘文“六大要素”

記敘文的“六大要素”是指時間、地點、人物、事件、原因、結果。在一篇記敘文中，寫人、寫景、寫事往往是交織在一起的，不可截然分開，但各有側重。

3. 三大類記敘文寫作要點

要點1：以人物為主的記敘文，要以人物為中心組織材料，圍繞這個人物來寫一件事或兩件事，并對人物做簡要評論。2014年12月四級作文要求描寫一位大學里印象最深的朋友，因此要圍繞這位朋友寫他/她的事跡，談談他/她讓你印象最深的原因和對你的影響。

During my four years in the university, a great many classmates and teachers have exerted a positive influence on me and rendered me instant assistance when I got into trouble. Among those unforgettable people, Yin Fang, one of my roommates, is the most impressive one and leaves me numerous sweet memories.

At the beginning of the new term, the first roommate I met in the university was Yin Fang who seemed to be accustomed to living on campus and encouraged me to adapt to the new environment as soon as possible. From that day on, we have become best friends in spite of occasional quarrels for trifles in life. In terms of character, my friend, optimistic and kind-hearted, always wore a friendly smile on her face, which made her popular among students. Most importantly, as the elder sister in her family, she took several part-time jobs during university in order to relieve burden of her parents and afford her own tuition fees.

The acquaintance with my best friend, Yin Fang, is one of my luckiest things in my life. The first day on campus is the start of an enduring friendship, and I firmly believe that the friendship between us will be everlasting although we will be separated in different corners of the world after graduation.

An Eye-Witness Account of a Traffic Accident

My name is Li Ming. I am studying at college. A week ago I saw a traffic accident , which is still vivid in my mind.

It was at about 9:00 on Saturday morning, June 15th, when I went out of the university to visit a friend of mine at another university. I was walking leisurely on the sidewalk when I heard a loud crash of two vehicles just at the T-junction about 10 meters away. Two taxis crashed together. It was a traffic accident.

I went up and found that the two taxis were badly damaged. Both hoofs were out of shape. One door of a car was knocked off and lying on the road. One driver was bleeding and another was shut in the taxi. Some people were trying to help the driver get out of the damaged car. One man was calling Traffic Police Department. A lot of cars were jammed on the road.

From the stopping track on the road, it is clear that the two taxis were driving too fast. But it is just one of the reasons. In my opinion, the taxi drivers are eager to take more passengers and make a little more money. Furthermore, both drivers don"t show concern for one another. Both of them want to run in front of another. Therefore, the accident is inevitable. So far, we should let the drivers keep it in their mind that a little slower, a little safer. Taking care of others" lives means taking care of your own life.

Suppose a foreign friend of yours is coming to visit your hometown / campus / China. What is the most interesting place you would show him or her and why?

As one of the most bewitching and international cities in China, I strongly recommend you, my dearest friends, to pay a visit to my hometown--Beijing. It is the capital of China for several dynasties over a long period. In the meantime, it has now evolved into the political, cultural and educational center. There are many places of interests here in Beijing, among which the Summer Palace is the most interesting attraction.

The Summer Palace is situated in the western outskirts of Beijing, and it is one of the most classical gardens in China, which enjoys a worldwide reputation. The most alluring scenery is Kunming Lake, with an exquisite building in the middle, and it involves three parts which are mainly used as the ancient emperor’s living quarter.
